Meritage came together in 1999 when Murray James was introduced to the Antelope Development Company team of William DeMar and Robert Marani. The blending of diverse talents and years of experience has made Meritage the success that it is today.

Each member of the management team contributes years of experience in at least one or more of the various professional services we provide. Various aspects of the development process ranging from creative land use, entitlement and affordable housing solutions to 1031 exchange expertise and commercial property investment analysis. Design build, project management and conventional construction knowledge are represented by team members at Meritage. We get the job done and done right by performing with integrity and timeliness.
